What You’ll Do:
- Process and maintain vehicle registration documents, including issuing registrations, title transfers, plate renewals, and more
- Assist sales consultants with inquiries and provide excellent service in person, over the phone, and via email
- Communicate with insurance companies to ensure our customers receive top priority and delivery times are met
- Accurately input data into our system and ensure all records are up to date
- Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations regarding vehicle registrations
- Work closely with the team to ensure smooth day-to-day operations of the registry department
- Handle transactions and payments with accuracy and professionalism
What We’re Looking For:
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a busy office setting
- A passion for the automotive industry and an interest in vehicle registrations
Candidates must be able to pass a drug test, background check, Drivers License check, and a CORI check.

Schedule:
- Nights and weekends - every other Saturday (flexible days/shift)
Pay: $19.00 - $26.00 per hour
