As a Rental Agent, you will be the face of our car rental service in Melbourne, FL. This role is vital in facilitating customer rentals and ensuring a seamless experience that aligns with our commitment to quality service.
Responsibilities
- Qualifying and processing customer rentals with accuracy and detail.
- Persuasively selling optional services.
- Processing customer rental returns.
- Handle phone inquiries with professional phone etiquette, providing clear and helpful responses
Qualifications
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a variety of tasks.
- Ability to demonstrate professionalism, enthusiasm, and outstanding communication skills.
- Detail oriented.
- Computer literate.
- Proficiency in English.
- Must have a valid driver's license, with an acceptable driving record
- Must have the ability to work flexible schedules, including holidays, weekends, and overtime as required
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with customers and team members.

- Manage rental transactions efficiently using Microsoft Word and Excel for documentation and inventory control.
Compensation
- $16.00 per hour
- Plus Commission on Extra Sales
