Schedule: Full-Time | 8-Hour Day Shift
Pay Rate: $30.00–$32.00/hour
Please Note: This is not a laboratory position. Candidates must have a Life Sciences background and be comfortable coordinating projects and working with multiple stakeholder groups.
Support the transfer of new products from Development into Manufacturing.
Coordinate process transfers between R&D and manufacturing sites while tracking project milestones.
Collaborate with Operations, Development, Regulatory, Validation, and Project teams.
Ensure manufacturing processes are scalable, compliant, and cost-effective.
Prepare and maintain technical documentation and manufacturing requirements.
Assist with process validation activities and audit readiness.
Apply Lean manufacturing concepts and basic problem-solving methodologies to improve processes.
Analyze process data using statistical tools such as Minitab.
Ensure compliance with cGMP, SOPs, quality standards, and Roche manufacturing requirements.
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Biology, Chemistry, Biochemistry, Physiology, or another Life Sciences discipline.
Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience in pharmaceutical, biotechnology, medical device, or other regulated manufacturing environments.
Experience working in a GMP/cGMP regulated environment.
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and project coordination skills.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
Ability to work independently after training while collaborating effectively across cross-functional teams.
Experience following SOPs, operational procedures, and quality documentation requirements.
Basic understanding of Lean principles (Six Sigma knowledge is a plus).
Academic or professional experience troubleshooting technical issues or supporting scientific projects.
Familiarity with manufacturing process transfers or design transfer activities.
Technical writing and documentation experience.
Knowledge of manufacturing processes for assays or reagents is beneficial.
