Duties Include:
- Insurance Sales Representative – Job Duties
- Generate new business through outbound cold calling, networking, referrals, and prospecting.
- Identify and qualify new sales leads using multiple lead-generation methods.
- Build and maintain a consistent sales pipeline through daily prospecting activities.
- Schedule and conduct appointments with prospective clients in person, by phone, or virtually.
- Assess clients’ insurance needs and recommend appropriate coverage solutions.
- Present insurance products and explain policy features, benefits, and pricing.
- Prepare quotes, complete applications, and assist clients throughout the enrollment process.
- Follow up with prospects to answer questions, overcome objections, and close sales.
- Develop and maintain long-term relationships with clients through excellent customer service.
- Meet or exceed individual sales goals and performance metrics.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities in the CRM system.
- Stay current on insurance products, industry regulations, and company offerings.
- Participate in training sessions, sales meetings, and ongoing professional development.
- Collaborate with team members to support company growth and client satisfaction.
