Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and professional Premium Food & Beverage Attendant to join our upscale hospitality team. This role involves delivering exceptional service in a fine dining environment, ensuring guests receive an outstanding culinary experience. The ideal candidate will possess a passion for food service, excellent customer service skills, and experience in high-end hospitality settings. Responsibilities
- Provide attentive and personalized service to guests in a fine dining setting, ensuring all needs are met promptly and courteously
- Serve food and beverages with professionalism, maintaining presentation standards and adhering to food safety protocols
- Assist with food preparation and presentation when necessary, supporting kitchen staff to ensure timely service
- Set up and break down banquet or catering events, including arranging tables, linens, and serving stations
- Handle food safely and hygienically, following all sanitation guidelines and dietary restrictions
- Maintain cleanliness of service areas, including clearing tables, replenishing supplies, and ensuring a welcoming environment
- Collaborate with team members to deliver seamless dining experiences that exceed guest expectations
- Uphold hospitality standards by demonstrating excellent communication skills and a positive attitude
Qualifications:
- HSD/GED Required
- Proven experience in fine dining or high-end food service environments
- Strong customer service orientation with the ability to anticipate guest needs
- Knowledge of serving techniques, food presentation, and beverage service
- Experience with food preparation, catering, or banquet services is required
- Familiarity with food safety standards and proper handling procedures
- Barista experience or background in the food industry is a plus
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively within a team
- Previous hospitality or restaurant experience demonstrates adaptability and professionalism
- Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining attention to detail
