Location: Westborough, MA - Spectrum's Corporate Offices
Schedule: Full-Time, in-person. Some local travel throughout Massachusetts may be required.
Pay Rate: $28.00-$32.00/hour

The Compliance Specialist:
-
Supports compliance and regulatory activities by collecting, analyzing, and tracking data across all Spectrum programs.

Monitors incidents, grievances, licensing, accreditation, contractual, and regulatory requirements, and assisting with licensure and accreditation applications.

Prepares reports and presentations, maintains compliance data and systems, and supports organizational safety and compliance initiatives.
Collaborates with departments across the organization and must demonstrate strong technical skills, professionalism, integrity, discretion, and confidentiality.

Qualifications:
-
Associate’s degree in human services, Social Work, or Public Health.

Proficient in use of Microsoft Suite including Excel, Forms, Word and Sharepoint; Knowledge of Power BI, Power Automate, and other software is preferred.

Experience in data collection and data management; ideally developing succinct benchmark and findings reports.
- Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills to interact with all levels of personnel.

Experience working in Behavioral Health Settings preferred.
