We are hiring a proactive, phone-driven Sales & Customer Experience Specialist to join our team.
This is not a passive customer service role. This is an active, customer-focused sales position in a fast-paced e-commerce environment where responsiveness and urgency matter.
Training will begin at our warehouse office location, with opportunity to transition into our showroom location as you grow.
What You’ll Do
- Answer incoming sales and customer service calls promptly and professionally
- Respond to live chats and emails efficiently throughout the day
- Guide customers through product selection with confidence and clarity
- Educate customers on mattress construction, materials, and firmness options
- Call customers to confirm orders and ensure accuracy
- De-escalate concerns and provide thoughtful, solution-based resolutions
- Enter detailed notes and maintain accurate documentation
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction
Technical & Workflow Requirements
- Strong computer skills and typing proficiency
- Ability to navigate multiple systems simultaneously while on live calls
- Comfortable working across e-commerce platforms, CRM systems, and shipping software
- Ability to document information accurately while speaking with customers
- Quick learner who adapts easily to new systems and processes
This role requires someone who can confidently talk, type, research, and navigate systems all at the same time.
