Duties

- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception area to uphold a polished appearance
- Assist with guest inquiries, providing helpful information about services, amenities, or event details
- Coordinate with team members to ensure smooth operations during busy periods
- Handle guest check-in and check-out processes accurately and efficiently
Requirements
- Excellent communication skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor
- Strong organizational abilities to manage reservations and guest flow effectively
- Ability to remain energetic and positive in fast-paced environments
- Prior experience in customer service or hospitality is a plus but not required
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks related to greeting guests and managing the reception area
- Basic proficiency with computers and reservation management systems
