Responsibilities
- Implement KinderCare lesson plans that incorporate curriculum development principles across various domains such as literacy, math, physical education, and social skills.
- Create a nurturing classroom environment that promotes positive behavior management and supports children’s emotional well-being.
- Provide specialized care for toddlers and preschoolers, including classroom management tailored to different developmental stages.
- Collaborate with families and colleagues to support early intervention strategies and address individual learning needs, including those requiring special education services.
- Utilize classroom experience and teaching techniques to foster language development, literacy skills, and cognitive growth through engaging activities.
- Ensure compliance with childcare regulations and standards related to child welfare, safety protocols, and daycare best practices.
Qualifications
