Position: Residential Design Sales Consultant
Location: Wyomissing, PA
Type: Full-time or Part-time

Martins Flooring is looking for enthusiastic and positive individuals to join our team as Design Sales Consultants. We have part-time or full-time roles available. Both experienced and non-experienced professionals should apply.
Perhaps you're working in the industry already but looking to move up to one of the region's leaders. On the other hand, as an entry-level position, these roles could be perfect for those who are looking to launch their career in sales with a company that values growth and development.

Responsibilities:
- Assist clients in selecting flooring and window treatments that meet their needs and preferences.
- Deliver exceptional client service and build trustworthy relationships with clients.
- Learn and stay updated on the latest products and trends in the flooring and window treatment industry.
- Collaborate with a team to ensure client satisfaction and achieve sales goals.
Qualifications:
- Interest in interior design and home improvement with a desire to learn.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work well as a member of a team.
- The drive to identify the right solution to a client's needs while hitting a sales goal
