Schedule: Monday - Friday, 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM

We are seeking a Laboratory Technician to support research and development, product testing, and quality control activities. This position is ideal for individuals who enjoy working in a laboratory environment, following scientific procedures, and contributing to the development and quality of products.
In this role, you will conduct chemical and physical laboratory testing, analyze samples, maintain laboratory equipment, and support scientists and research teams with accurate data collection and reporting.
- Conduct chemical and physical laboratory tests on solids, liquids, and gases.
- Receive, label, prepare, and analyze samples according to established laboratory procedures.
- Conduct experiments under defined conditions and document observations and findings.
- Interpret test results and communicate findings to laboratory leadership.
- Record laboratory data and test results accurately in both electronic and paper formats.
- Maintain detailed laboratory records and contribute to scientific reports.
- Assist with developing reliable data that supports product development and process improvements.
- Operate, maintain, and troubleshoot laboratory equipment.
- Support equipment calibration and routine maintenance activities.
- Organize and properly store chemicals, substances, fluids, and compressed gases according to safety requirements.
- Assist with inventory management and ordering laboratory supplies.
- Follow all laboratory safety protocols and environmental standards.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and compliant laboratory environment.
- Ensure proper handling and disposal of laboratory materials and substances.
- Associate's or Bachelor's Degree in Chemistry, Biology, Life Sciences, or a related scientific discipline OR equivalent laboratory experience.
- Knowledge of laboratory techniques, equipment, terminology, materials, and testing procedures.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Ability to follow detailed procedures and maintain thorough documentation.
- Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Previous laboratory, research, quality control, or product testing experience.
- Experience working with laboratory instrumentation and testing equipment.
- Ability to analyze data, prepare reports, and support scientific studies.
- Experience in a manufacturing, consumer products, pharmaceutical, chemical, or research environment.
