Job Summary
We are seeking a friendly and efficient Busser/Food Runner to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing in-person customer service, assisting with food delivery from the kitchen to guests, and maintaining cleanliness and organization in the dining area. This position offers an excellent opportunity to gain experience in the hospitality industry while ensuring our guests have a memorable dining experience.
Responsibilities
- Greet and assist guests in a courteous and professional manner, ensuring a positive dining environment.
- Deliver food promptly from the kitchen to tables, ensuring accuracy and presentation standards are met.
- Clear and reset tables efficiently, maintaining cleanliness throughout service hours.
- Support servers by bussing tables, refilling water glasses, and attending to guest needs as required.
- Maintain cleanliness of the dining area, including wiping down surfaces and organizing utensils and condiments.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth restaurant operations during busy periods.
