Position Overview
The Business System Coordinator (Integration & Platforms) at JH Law will support the integration of a newly merged CPA firm and assist in building our next-generation CRM and AI-driven platform.
This role is primarily focused on information gathering, documentation, and coordination, serving as a critical link between business teams and our technical development team. The ideal candidate excels at organizing complex information, translating business processes into structured requirements, and ensuring that projects move forward efficiently.
This position offers a clear growth trajectory, beginning with coordination of a new line of business integration and expanding into broader system coordination across the firm, with long-term potential to support and lead key platform initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
CPA Firm Integration & Business Discovery
- Travel regularly to Nashville to work directly with CPA firm team members
- Gather detailed information on workflows across tax preparation, consulting, and operations
- Conduct structured interviews and capture business processes clearly and accurately
- Organize findings into actionable documentation for internal use
Requirements Gathering & Documentation
- Translate business needs into structured requirements for CRM and AI platform development
- Document workflows, data structures, and system inputs in a clear and consistent format
- Ensure all collected information is complete, organized, and usable by the development team
CRM & Platform Project Coordination
- Support development and tracking of project plans for platform buildout
- Coordinate tasks, timelines, and dependencies across teams
- Follow up on deliverables and ensure progress stays on track
- Assist in aligning development outputs with documented business requirements
Cross-Business Integration Support
- Coordinate information and processes across multiple lines of business, including:
- CPA (Tax Preparation & Advisory)
- Business Valuations
- Multi-Family Office (MFO) Services
- Responsibilities include:
- Gathering inputs from each business line
- Standardizing how information is documented and structured
- Supporting alignment of workflows across the organizationData & Materials Coordination
- Collect, organize, and validate documents, datasets, and materials required for system development
- Ensure proper formatting and structure for platform integration
- Identify gaps and coordinate with teams to obtain missing information
Marketing & Initiative Coordination
- Gather inputs needed for marketing efforts and campaign development
- Coordinate with the marketing team to ensure accurate representation of services and capabilities
- Assist with organizing materials for platform rollout and future initiatives
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Accounting, Finance, or a related field—or equivalent 3-7 practical experience in project coordination, business analysis, or systems implementation
- Strong organizational and documentation skills
- Ability to gather and structure complex information clearly
- Comfortable working between technical and non-technical teams
- Willingness to travel frequently to Nashville and work in-office in Louisville
- Experience with CRM systems or software implementation projects, preferred
- Exposure to accounting, tax, financial services, or legal environments, preferred

Pay: $65,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
