You will play a key role in supporting store operations, merchandising, and promotional activities, ensuring that every visitor leaves with a memorable experience. - Greet customers warmly, providing expert guidance on crystal products and their unique properties
- Maintain attractive and organized displays using planograms, schematics, and visual design principles
- Assist with store management duties, including inventory control, stock replenishment, and pricing accuracy
- Support merchandising efforts by implementing remodeling projects and interior design updates to enhance store aesthetics
- Manage point-of-sale (POS) transactions accurately while handling cash and credit payments with integrity
- Train new team members on customer service standards, product knowledge, and store procedures
- Ensure the store remains clean, organized, and welcoming by adhering to cleaning protocols and store policies
- Collaborate with team members on marketing initiatives to boost sales and promote special events or product launches
- Monitor inventory levels regularly to prevent stockouts or overstocking; utilize retail math skills for effective stock management
Skills
- Knowledge of merchandising techniques including planograms, schematics, remodeling, and interior design principles
- Experience in retail sales, customer service excellence, and cash handling procedures
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage inventory control, stock replenishment, and POS systems efficiently
- Multilingual abilities are a plus for engaging diverse customer bases effectively
- Excellent communication skills combined with leadership qualities to train staff and foster teamwork
- Ability to multitask efficiently while maintaining attention to detail in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of branding strategies, visual design concepts, and merchandising standards for crystal products
