Responsibilities:
- Perform thorough move-out and turnover cleanings for residential rentals and commercial properties.
- Deep clean key focus areas, including kitchens (inside ovens and fridges), bathrooms, living spaces, baseboards, and floors.
- Conduct quick arrival inspection and snap 3–4 "Before" photos on the app prior to starting.
- Complete final quality walkthrough, snap "After" photos, and ensure the property is locked and secure upon departure.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in residential cleaning, deep cleaning, or move-out turnovers.
- Must have your own professional cleaning equipment and chemical supplies.
- Must carry (or be willing to obtain) active General Liability Insurance.
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.
- Smartphone with data capability to use our provider app for job dispatches, photo uploads, and check-ins.
- Strong communication skills and high attention to detail.
