Job Summary
We are seeking energetic and detail-oriented Housekeeping team members to join our daytime schedule—no nights required! In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and sanitation standards in guest rooms and public areas, ensuring a pristine environment for our guests. Your positive attitude and strong work ethic will contribute to delivering an exceptional guest experience.
Responsibilities
- Perform residential cleaning tasks including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and bathroom sanitation to ensure rooms meet cleanliness standards
- Maintain floor care through sweeping, scrubbing, and polishing to keep all surfaces spotless
- Ensure all areas are sanitized according to health and safety guidelines, including high-touch surfaces
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing guest requests promptly and professionally
- Manage custodial tasks like trash removal, replenishing supplies, and maintaining cleaning equipment
- Follow established cleaning procedures for carpet cleaning, upholstery care, and other specialized tasks as needed
Requirements
- Prior experience in residential or commercial cleaning, janitorial work, or hotel housekeeping preferred
- Knowledge of cleaning techniques including floor care, sanitation practices, and carpet cleaning methods
- Ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting, bending, standing for extended periods, and operating cleaning equipment
- Strong attention to detail with a commitment to maintaining high cleanliness standards
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor
- Basic understanding of laundry procedures and custodial responsibilities
- Previous experience in hospitality or housekeeping is a plus
