The Membership Services staff will help to create a welcoming experience for members while promoting programs that encourage health and wellness within our community.
Work Schedule: Candidates must be available to work weekday evening shifts and have flexible weekend availability.
Purpose and Impact:

Practice Intentionality:
- Serve as the primary contact, creating a warm and professional environment for all members. Handle all inquiries, payments, and concerns with care.

Drive Community Growth:
- Actively engage with current and prospective members through facility tours and interviews to promote memberships and programs. Proactively generate new prospects through consistent follow-up, tracking, and collaboration with program teams

- Uphold Honesty, Respect, and Responsibility while handling check-ins, cash management, and maintaining an organized lobby and workspace.

Data Management & Program Support:

Perform essential clerical tasks, manage data entry/retrieval, communicate program details, and assist with registrations. Be proactive with knowledge of all program information and changes.
Minimum Qualifications:

Education & Experience:

H.S. diploma or equivalent required
-
1 - 3 years' experience in sales, marketing, customer service, or a related field is preferred.

Knowledge of customer service, excellent communication skills, and PC ability required.

Certifications:

First Aid and CPR certifications required (training provided and paid for by the YMCA).
