Job Requirements:

High School Diploma required.
- 7+ years of facilities management experience with minimum 3 years of supervisory experience leading facilities/operations teams.
- Must have experience managing vendors, compliance programs, inspections and preventative measures.
- Has to have strong knowledge of building management systems.
- S-12, S-13, & S-95 certifications required.
