Overview
We are seeking a motivated and dynamic New and Used Car Salesperson to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service while guiding clients through the car buying process. You will leverage your sales skills to build relationships with customers, understand their needs, and help them find the perfect vehicle. Duties
- Engage with customers to understand their vehicle preferences and requirements.
- Provide detailed information about vehicles, including features, specifications, and pricing.
- Conduct test drives and demonstrate vehicle capabilities to potential buyers.
- Maintain an organized sales pipeline to track leads and follow up with prospects.
- Collaborate with the sales team to achieve monthly sales targets.
- Utilize retail math skills to assist customers in understanding financing options.
- Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction throughout the buying process.
- Stay updated on industry trends and product knowledge to effectively communicate with customers.
- Participate in ongoing training sessions to enhance sales techniques and product knowledge.
Requirements
- Proven experience in customer service or retail sales; experience in automotive sales is a plus.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written; multilingual abilities are highly desirable.
- Familiarity with outside sales techniques and outbound sales strategies.
- Knowledge of the sales pipeline process and ability to nurture leads effectively.
- Proficiency in retail math for accurate pricing and financing discussions.
- A valid driver's license is required.
- A passion for cars and a commitment to providing outstanding customer experiences.

Pay: $60,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
