Job Summary
Bold Steps Behavioral Health in Concord, NH is seeking a dedicated and experienced Mental Health Clinician to join our team within the Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) and Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP). This is a full-time, on-site position with a consistent weekday schedule—no weekends required.
The ideal candidate will have clinical experience working with individuals who have co-occurring substance use and mental health disorders, including complex conditions such as eating disorders, depression, anxiety, and personality disorders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide individual and group therapy for clients in IOP and PHP levels of care
- Conduct clinical intake assessments and diagnostic evaluations
- Create and maintain individualized treatment plans with measurable goals
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to support client care and progress
- Address both mental health and substance use recovery goals using evidence-based approaches
Licensure (preferred):
- LCSW, LPC, LMHC, LMFT, LADC, MLADC, or license-eligible status
- Strong clinical experience will be considered in lieu of current licensure
Experience:
- Experience working with co-occurring disorders strongly preferred
Other Requirements:
- Must pass a background check and meet credentialing requirements
- Strong interpersonal, organizational, and documentation skills
- Comfortable working in a team-based treatment environment
- Team oriented; supportive, communicative, and positive attitude
- Must be authentic and humble
- Comfortable facilitating group therapy
- Ability to work days and evenings (flex schedule)
Education:
- Bachelor's degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, Human Services, or a related field
- Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, Human Services, or a related field (preferred)

Pay: $57,007.00 - $70,098.00 per year
