Job Summary
Bold Steps Behavioral health in Concord, NH is seeking a dedicated and experienced Mental Health Clinician to join our team within the Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) and Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP). This is a full time, on-site position with a consistent weekday schedule - no nights or weekends required.
The ideal candidate will have clinical experience working with individuals who have co-occurring substance use and mental health disorders, including complex conditions such as eating disorders, depression, anxiety and personality disorders.
Responsibilities
- Provide individual and group therapy for clients in IOP and PHP levels of care.
- Conduct clinical intake assessments and diagnostic evaluations.
- Create and maintain individualized treatment plans with measurable goals.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to support clients care and progress.
- Address both mental health and substance use recovery goals using evidence-based approaches.
Qualifications:
Education:
Master's Degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, Human Services, or a related field (required).
Licensure (preferred)
LCSW, LPC, LMHC, LMFT, LADS, MLADS, or license-eligible status
- Strong clinical experience will be considered in lieu of current licensure.
Experience :
- Minimum of 2 years providing therapy in a mental health and/or substance use treatment setting
- Experience working with co-occurring disorders strongly preferred

- Strong interpersonal, organizational and documentation skills.
- Comfortable working in a team-based treatment environment.
- Team oriented, supportive, communicative and positive attitude
- Must be authentic and humble.
- Comfortable facilitating group therapy.
