Dallas Family Dent is one of the fastest-growing hail repair companies in the US, and we're hiring field marketing reps to help us find hail-damaged vehicles after storms.
The job is simple, walk parking lots, apartment complexes, and busy areas, and leave a "Call Me" card on hail-damaged cars. Each card has your own assigned phone number. When an owner calls, it forwards straight to our closing team, you don't sell anything.
When a car you tagged comes into the shop for repairs, you get a commission on top of your base.
No cold-calling. No sales pitch. No experience needed. If you can walk a parking lot and follow a simple system, you can make real money here.
And it's a genuinely fun gig. We chase storms all over the US as a crew, we pay for your travel and cover your lodging while travelling, and we love when people hire on with their friends and work together. Good people only, we keep the team drama-free and fun to be around.
This is not a desk job, you're outside, on your feet, working busy lots and storm-hit neighborhoods.
How It Works
- We give you "Call Me" cards with your own assigned phone number
- You place them on hail-damaged vehicles in lots, complexes, and high-traffic areas
- Owners call the number, it forwards to our closer call center (you never have to talk to customers)
- Hit about 30 calls a week, very doable once you find your rhythm, and your $500 base is locked in
- Every car you tag that comes into the shop for repairs pays you a $200 bonus

Earnings
You start with a $500/week base. From there, our closers close about 7 out of 10 of the calls you generate, and you earn $200+ for every one of those vehicles that comes into the shop for repairs. A rep hitting the weekly target can add several thousand a week in bonuses on top of base, and fresh storms push it higher. Your income tracks how many cars you tag.
