Pay: $19.00 per hour
Schedule: Full-Time, Monday–Friday
Infant Assistant Teacher – Support Our Youngest Learners
The Learning Experience – Milford is seeking a nurturing Infant Assistant Teacher to help provide a safe, loving, and engaging environment for infants. Working alongside the Lead Teacher, you'll help children reach important developmental milestones while ensuring every baby receives individualized care and attention.
Responsibilities
Assist with infant care routines including feeding, diapering, and naps

Support sensory activities and early learning experiences

Help maintain a clean and organized classroom

Build positive relationships with children and families

Work collaboratively with the Lead Teacher

Follow all health, safety, and licensing standards

Qualifications
Previous childcare experience preferred

Infant/Toddler certification is a plus but not required

Caring, dependable, and team-oriented

CPR/First Aid certification preferred
