About the Role
The Account Executive is responsible for leading healthcare sales within a designated geographic area. This role focuses on driving revenue growth and building and nurturing client relationships. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales, excellent communication skills, and a passion for exceeding targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve regional targets and expand market share.
- Identify new business opportunities and foster relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
- Monitor regional sales performance, analyze trends, and report on results to senior management.
- Collaborate with marketing, product, and operations teams to align strategies and support customer needs.
- Conduct regular field visits, product demonstrations, and client meetings to maintain a strong market presence.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, pricing guidelines, and ethical practices.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field.
- 5+ years of sales experience.
- Experience in healthcare or related industry preferred.
- Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Demonstrated ability to develop and implement successful sales strategies.
- Proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Willingness to travel within the assigned region as needed.

Pay: $80,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
