Job Overview
Grego Delivery Inc., a contracted service provider for FedEx Ground, is seeking responsible and motivated Delivery Drivers to join our team. You will be delivering packages to homes and businesses in a timely, safe, and professional manner. This position involves physical work and adherence to safety standards while representing our company with excellent customer service.
Responsibilities
- Operate company delivery vehicles safely and efficiently
- Load, unload, and deliver packages using hand trucks or electric dollies
- Follow designated routes and time schedules
- Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections
- Maintain accurate delivery records and communicate with dispatch
- Adhere to all traffic laws, DOT regulations, and company safety policies
Qualifications
- Must be at least 21 years old
- Valid California Driver’s License (Class C)
- 1+ year experience driving box trucks or similar vehicles
- Clean DMV driving record
- Able to pass a drug test and DOT physical
- Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S.
- No criminal convictions within the last 10 years
- Basic English communication skills

Schedule
- Day shift only
- Flexible schedule
- We operate 7 days a week – drivers work 6 days
- Weekend availability preferred
- Limited schedule, and year-end seasonal work available
- Positions available immediately. Seasonal and weekend-only schedules also offered.
Experience:
- Box truck or step van: 1 year (Required)
- Delivery driving: 1 year (Preferred)
License/Certification:
- California Driver’s License (Required)
