The Essentials
- Location: Jefferson County, CO (countywide hiring process)
- Openings: Elementary Schools – PK–8
- Pay: $60,500–$80,000/year (based on experience) + $2,000 relocation bonus (out of state)

You hold a Master’s in Speech-Language Pathology (or Communication Sciences & Disorders) and are licensed, or license-eligible, SLP in Colorado. Clinical Fellows are welcome and encouraged to apply and join our Clinical Fellowship Program. - Deliver school-based speech-language services across a manageable, well-matched caseload
- Partner with educators and families through evaluations, IEP meetings, and everyday problem-solving
- Grow your clinical confidence with real support whenever a case feels complex

Compensation & Benefits
Salary: $60,000–$80,000/year based on experience, plus a $2,000 relocation bonus if you relocate from out of state. Colorado SLPs also encouraged to Apply! :)

Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences & Disorders
- Active or eligible for Colorado Department of Education (CDE) SLP licensure
- Clinical Fellows welcome to apply
- School-based experience preferred
- Strong collaboration skills and a genuine passion for supporting students
