Staff On Site is currently looking for qualified candidates to fill several positions at a local company in Rockton, IL. A math assessment is required.
1st Shift: 5a.m. to 3:30p.m. Monday through Saturday- Mandatory Overtime
Assembler
Assembles various units according to production specifications.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES: Reads machine tags, standard parts list, production orders, and blueprints. Retrieves parts. Moves units to and from workstations. Operates various equipment and machinery. Assembles various subassemblies (i.e. shells, condensers, power blocks, etc.). Performs various assembly operations (i.e. assembling, soldering, wiring, mechanical, electrical, brazing, etc.). Inspects unit and parts to verify conformance to print specifications and ensure quality standards are met.
OTHER DUTIES: Performs preventive maintenance on equipment and machinery. Maintains cleanliness of work area and follows safe work practice rules. Performs other miscellaneous duties as required.
Pay: From $20.00 per hour
