熟悉FBA转运业务，在大中型仓库有1年以上管理经验，需会开叉车的经验，分为白班和夜班工作制，中英语交流无障碍。
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Warehouse Manager to oversee our warehouse operations. MUST BE FLUENT in ENGLISH and MANDARIN. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing all aspects of warehouse functions and have experienced in transloading warehouses. This role requires strong leadership skills and the ability to optimize processes to ensure efficiency
Responsibilities
- Manage daily warehouse operations, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
- Oversee inventory management and control processes to maintain optimal stock levels.
- Coordinate transportation planning and logistics for inbound and outbound shipments.
- Implement and maintain a Warehouse Management System (WMS) to enhance operational efficiency.
- Collaborate with third-party logistics (3PL) providers to streamline order fulfillment processes.
- Analyze profit loss statements to identify areas for improvement and cost reduction.
- Develop production planning strategies that align with business goals and customer demands.
- Lead, train, and mentor warehouse staff to ensure high performance and adherence to best practices.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in warehouse management or a similar role within a logistics environment.
- Experience in transportation planning and logistics coordination is a plus.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Strong analytical skills, particularly in profit loss analysis and operational metrics.
- Leadership experience with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
