CCCF is looking for result driven SDRs who want to help build our current customer base and take part in providing our senior representatives the opportunity to do so. You will contribute to this growth by qualifying leads, move them through our sales pipeline, and schedule appointments for our senior sales representatives.

Position Description
We're looking for high performing and competitive representatives with excellent communication skills. The ideal candidate will have a history in exceeding customer satisfaction and is motivated by the results of their independent work ethic.
Responsibilities Day-to-Day:
- Answer inbound calls
- Qualify customers based on debt amount and needs
- Present each client with a thorough understanding of the company
- Transfer qualified candidates or schedule appointments for senior sales team
- Paid training is provided!
What you bring to the team:
- Customer service / Sales oriented
- Excellent communication, time management and organizations skills
- At least 1 year of sales/customer service experience preferred!
- Spanish speakers needed!
Compensation:
CCCF offers a competitive hourly, immediate commission, and bonus structure.
