We are seeking a dependable and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide quality, patient-centered care in Hinesville, Georgia. This is an ideal opportunity for an experienced nurse looking for consistent weekend hours in a supportive care environment.
Schedule
- Saturdays and Sundays
- 8:00 AM–8:00 PM
- 12-hour day shifts
- Consistent weekend availability required
- Patient Assessments
- Care Planning
- Communication with Families, Clinical Staff, Doctors, Therapists, etc.
- Coordination of Care
- Prepare clinical and progress notes.
- Completes and submits assessments within agency time frames.
- Observe confidentiality, safeguards and all patient-related information
- Must have an active LPN license in the State of Georgia.
- Current CPR card
A valid Georgia driver's license, vehicle insurance, and dependable transportation. Must be willing to have a background check and drug screen. We are looking for a dedicated team player with a great personality and strong work ethic.
Experience with G-Tube Feeding
