Job Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Experienced Basement Repair Technician to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and restoring basement structures, ensuring safety, durability, and quality standards are met. Your expertise will help homeowners and property managers overcome basement issues such as water intrusion, foundation problems, and structural damages. Duties
- Conduct thorough inspections of basement areas to identify issues related to water damage, foundation cracks, mold, and structural integrity
- Perform waterproofing, sealing, and moisture mitigation techniques using industry best practices
- Operate power tools and heavy equipment safely to facilitate demolition, excavation, and construction tasks
- Read and interpret technical drawings, schematics, and construction plans to ensure precise execution of repairs
- Install fixtures such as sump pumps, inside draintile, steel beams, cribbing, lolly posts
- Utilize hand tools like tape measures for dimensional measurements to ensure accurate installation and repairs
- Perform restoration work including concrete forming, concrete finishing, masonry work
- Knowledge of plumbing systems installation or repair related to sump pumps or drainage solutions, inside drain tile
- Ensure all work complies with safety standards and building codes through diligent construction inspection practices
Skills requested if you have some or all please apply pay based off of years experience with below skill
- Inside draintile installation/repair
- Exterior waterproofing
- Can run a back hoe
- Can tuckpoint
- Can lay block/bricks
- Can install steel support beams, and cribbing
- CDL A or CDL B

Pay: $20.00 - $30.00 per hour
