What You'll Do:
-Operate production, blending, and processing equipment safely and efficiently
-Follow established manufacturing procedures and quality standards
-Load and unload raw materials and finished products
-Monitor production processes and record operational data
-Perform equipment inspections and basic maintenance tasks
-Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
-Work closely with supervisors and team members to meet production goals
-Follow all company safety policies and regulatory requirements
What We're Looking For:
-Manufacturing, chemical plant, oilfield, or industrial experience preferred
-Ability to work safely in a fast-paced environment
-Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
-Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical job duties
-Forklift experience is a plus
-Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
-High school diploma or GED preferred
