Child Care Teacher / After School Program Leader

As a member of our team, you'll serve as a positive role model for children ages 3–13. Your primary responsibility will be providing quality supervision and care for preschool and school-age children while creating a safe, engaging, and fun environment where every child can learn, grow, and thrive.
Responsibilities:
- Supervise and ensure the safety and well-being of children ages 3–13.
- Plan and participate in fun, age-appropriate activities.
- Foster a positive, nurturing, and inclusive environment.
- Build positive relationships with children, families, and coworkers.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe classroom or activity area.
Qualifications:
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous child care experience is welcomed but not required—we provide on-the-job training.
- A positive attitude, reliability, and a genuine love for working with children are essential.
- Must pass a background check/Fingerprint

Schedule:
- Monday–Friday
- After-school program hours
- Part-time or full-time opportunities available based on your availability
