As a Kitchen Associate, you’ll be at the heart of our operations, ensuring every dish meets our high standards of quality, speed, and consistency. Your responsibilities will include: - Preparing and assembling menu items following brand-specific recipes and portion standards. - Performing kitchen prep tasks like chopping, marinating, breading, and portioning ingredients. - Operating kitchen equipment such as woks, grills, fryers, ovens, and rice cookers safely and efficiently. - Cooking proteins, vegetables, sauces, and sides while maintaining accuracy and speed. - Crafting made-to-order items like bowls, plates, burritos, tacos, wraps, salads, and more. - Following food safety, sanitation, and temperature control guidelines. - Keeping the kitchen clean and organized, including workstations, prep areas, and storage spaces. - Communicating effectively with team members to ensure smooth operations during peak times. - Assisting with deliveries, inventory management, and opening/closing procedures.
