Duties
- Greet guests with a warm, energetic attitude and provide outstanding customer service at all times
- Manage hotel reservations using property management systems (PMS) such as OPERA or similar platforms
- Handle multi-line phone systems professionally, providing information and assisting with inquiries
- Assist guests with check-in and check-out procedures efficiently and courteously
- Respond promptly to guest requests, complaints, and emergencies following hotel procedures
- Maintain accurate records of guest interactions, reservations, and incident reports
- Support night audit processes and ensure all front desk operations run smoothly during your shift
Skills
- Proven experience in hospitality management or front desk operations within hotels or resorts
- Multilingual or bilingual abilities to communicate effectively with diverse guests
- Familiarity with hotel management software such as OPERA or other property management systems (PMS)
- Excellent customer service skills with a problem-solving mindset to address guest needs proactively
- Strong phone etiquette and communication skills for handling guest inquiries via phone or in person
- Knowledge of hotel emergency procedures to ensure guest safety at all times
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining professionalism and enthusiasm
