Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Night Auditor to join our team at a hotel/resort. The ideal candidate will have a passion for hospitality and excellent customer service skills.
Responsibilities
- Greet guests upon arrival and provide them with information about services and amenities
- Assist guests with check-in and check-out procedures
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve any issues promptly and professionally
- Operate the phone system to answer, screen, or forward calls
- Perform night audit duties as needed
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area
Requirements
- Previous experience in a hotel or resort setting is preferred
- Strong guest relations skills with a focus on providing exceptional customer service
- Familiarity with front desk operations and hotel management software
- Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends and holidays.

Pay: $16.00 - $17.00 per hour
