Leads the design and implementation of a comprehensive product marketing cycle which includes identification of market potential
Establishes pricing and market strategies. Develops sales forecasts that drive marketing efforts
Develops strategies that result in the planning, organization and coordination of product categories to ensure accomplishment of financial/budgetary goals
Ensures the coordination of program planning with both internal and external customers for the purpose of identify internal/external sources for products while balancing the constraints associated with delivery schedules, design criteria, costs and similar considerations
Interfaces with all Schwan's operations to proactively manage synergies across business units
Maintains departmental budgeting and expenditures controls including key performance indicators and identifying efficiency opportunities where possible
Manages, trains and develops subordinates, if applicable
Responsible to conduct yourself and ensure your subordinates (if applicable) conduct themselves in a manner consistent with company mission, values, code of ethics, policies, and other standards of conduct
