Duties
- Perform routine inspections and preventative maintenance on equipment and facility systems to ensure optimal operation.
- Maintain a high standard of customer service by addressing internal requests promptly and professionally.
- Support manufacturing operations by ensuring machinery is maintained in top condition to meet production schedules.

Description:
The main purpose of this position is to work as part of a crew to service the company's mowing contracts, while also helping with project-based work such as spring and fall cleanups. Must be comfortable operating a truck/trailer, zero-turn mowers, and trucks with attached plows. Starting pay is dependent on experience ($22-$26/hr) with benefits such as paid time off, health insurance, and a retirement plan.
Requirements:
- Must hold a valid driver's license and have reliable transportation to and from work
- Be at least 18 years of age and out of school
- Previous landscaping experience (Mowing/seasonal cleanups)
- Ability to operate equipment in a safe and professional manner (Zero-turn mowers, company trucks, small power equipment, plow trucks)
- Experience with backing trailers
- Good attitude with an eagerness to learn/grow
- Good communication skills with supervisors/clients
Pay: $22.00 - $26.00 per hour
