Pay Rate: $55/hr (Local Candidates)
Weekly Gross : $2,650 (Travelers)

Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Operating Room Registered Nurse (OR RN) to join a dynamic surgical team. The ideal candidate will have experience providing comprehensive perioperative nursing care, ensuring patient safety throughout the surgical process, and collaborating with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and the interdisciplinary team to deliver exceptional patient outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care during the preoperative, intraoperative, and postoperative phases of surgery.
- Prepare the operating room by ensuring all surgical instruments, equipment, and supplies are available and functioning properly.
- Maintain a sterile environment and adhere to aseptic techniques throughout surgical procedures.
- Serve as a circulating nurse during surgical procedures while ensuring patient safety and accurate documentation.
- Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesia providers, surgical technologists, and other healthcare professionals during procedures.
- Monitor patients throughout surgery and respond promptly to changes in patient condition.
- Administer medications and treatments as ordered.
- Perform surgical counts according to facility policy.
- Document all perioperative care accurately using the facility's electronic medical record system.
- Ensure compliance with infection prevention, safety standards, and hospital policies.
- Float within the facility as needed and within the RN scope of practice.

Required Qualifications
- Minimum 1 years of recent Operating Room RN experience.
- Active California RN License.
- Current BLS Certification.
