CAPP, a leading supplier of HVAC, electrical, and plumbing parts & equipment, is looking for a motivated individual to join our purchasing team. Are you energetic, detail-oriented, and eager to start a career in purchasing? This entry-level role offers comprehensive training, making it perfect for someone ready to take the next step in their professional journey.
What You’ll Do:
- Track and follow up on orders, ensuring timely shipping and delivery.
- Provide crucial support to purchasing clerks and supervisors.
- Deliver exceptional customer service while collaborating with vendors and internal teams.
- Communicate efficiently with vendors, team members, and the sales team to ensure smooth operations.
- Enter order information into our ERP system and generate purchase orders (POs).
Who You Are:

- Comfortable using technology, such as Microsoft Office
Bonus Skills:
