Job Summary
We are seeking motivated individuals to join our Assistant Manager Trainee Program.
This position is designed for future leaders who want to build experience in team leadership, customer service, restaurant operations, and business management.
No prior restaurant management experience is required. Training is provided.
Responsibilities
- Support daily restaurant operations
- Assist with leading and developing team members
- Learn scheduling, staffing, and operational planning
- Maintain quality, service, cleanliness, and value standards
- Support customer satisfaction and team performance
- Participate in leadership and management development training
