Duties:
- Customer Service
- Light Cooking
- Cleaning & Organizing Cleaning among staff
- Delegating work between staff members
- Communication with owners
- Oversee daily operations of the shift, ensuring smooth and efficient service
- Manage and lead a team of kitchen staff, providing guidance and support
- Coordinate food production activities, ensuring high quality and timely delivery
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a professional manner
- Collaborate with other shift managers to maintain consistency across shifts
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in food production or kitchen management is required
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
