Mr. Leslie’s Cheesecakes is looking for an energetic, personable, and self-motivated Front of House Sales Associate to join our team.
Our ideal candidate genuinely enjoys working with people, knows how to create a great customer experience, and is comfortable selling and recommending products. Our environment is fun, diverse, fast-paced, and often filled with loud music, laughter, and plenty of personality!

Responsibilities
- Greet customers and create a friendly, welcoming experience
- Assist customers with selecting cheesecakes and other products
- Recommend products and confidently upsell when appropriate
- Take and accurately fulfill customer orders
- Operate the POS/register and process payments
- Answer customer questions about products and flavors
- Restock products and supplies as needed
- Maintain a clean and organized front-of-house area
- Work efficiently during busy periods
- Assist other team members as needed

- Previous retail, food service, customer service, or sales experience is a plus, but we’re willing to train the right person
- Dependable and able to arrive on time for scheduled shifts
- Able to work well independently and as part of a team

Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $14.00 - $18.00 per hour
