Shift Details:
- Shift: Night Shift | 11 PM – 7 AM
- Availability: Must be available to work (Sunday-Thursday) and some holidays
- Status: Full-Time
Valid driver’s license required for occasional shuttle driving
Weekend availability required to be considered
Key Responsibilities:
Guest Services & Front Desk Operations
- Greet and check-in late arrivals with warmth and professionalism
- Handle check-outs and guest inquiries accurately and efficiently
- Provide details about hotel amenities, services, and local area recommendations
- Respond to guest requests and concerns in a timely, helpful manner
- Answer phones professionally and handle reservations as needed
- Maintain confidentiality and follow all hotel policies and procedures
Night Audit & Property Oversight
- Complete nightly audit tasks, reconcile front desk transactions, and prepare daily reports
- Perform routine property rounds to monitor for safety, cleanliness, and any maintenance issues
- Ensure guest areas remain quiet, secure, and undisturbed throughout the night
Cleanliness & Housekeeping Support
- Keep the front desk and lobby area clean, organized, and guest-ready
- Provide assistance to the laundry department during slower hours
- Tidy public restrooms, restock amenities, and support light cleaning tasks as needed
Shuttle Driving (As Needed)
- Safely operate the hotel shuttle for guest pick-up/drop-off to local destinations
- Maintain a clean and service-ready vehicle at all times
What We’re Looking For:
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- Calm under pressure and confident handling guest concerns
- Familiarity with hotel software systems (a plus)
- Prior hospitality or front desk experience preferred, but not required
- Clean background check
- A valid driver’s license with no violations
