We are actively seeking an experienced HVAC Special Projects Manager to support our Corpus Christi operations. This is an excellent opportunity for a highly skilled HVAC professional with a strong background in both field operations and project management who is ready to take ownership of smaller to mid-sized commercial HVAC projects from start to finish. This role is ideal for someone who can estimate, manage, lead, and support execution while maintaining profitability, quality, and client satisfaction.
In this role, you will oversee special projects from initial job walks and estimating through proposal development, scheduling, execution, closeout, and customer turnover. Responsibilities include developing project estimates, coordinating materials and labor, managing budgets, tracking timelines, handling change orders, resolving project issues, supporting field teams, and ensuring project quality and safety standards are consistently met. You will also build and maintain strong relationships with customers, vendors, subcontractors, and internal teams while taking full ownership of project performance.

What We're Looking For
We are seeking an experienced commercial HVAC leader who combines technical expertise, project management ability, estimating knowledge, and practical field understanding. Ideal candidates are highly organized, solution-oriented, and capable of independently managing multiple projects while maintaining strong customer relationships and operational performance.
Minimum 10+ years of commercial HVAC construction experience
Strong blend of project management and field operations experience
Proven estimating and proposal development capabilities
Ability to manage projects from initial bid through final completion
Strong understanding of commercial HVAC systems, construction processes, and jobsite coordination
Comfortable providing field support when needed
Experience managing budgets, schedules, labor coordination, and project profitability
Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and project management tools
Requirements
Valid driver's license
Ability to work locally in Corpus Christi, TX
Strong written and verbal communication skills
