Evening A La Carte Line Cook
Boulder Country Club is seeking the ideal candidate for our A La Carte Line. The individual would need to have an exceptional understanding of all cooking techniques and the will and drive to work any station necessary, including pantry, sauté, or grill. $20-$25 per hour, depending on experience.
Job Duties:
- Prepare all food items as directed in a sanitary and timely manner
- Follow recipes and presentation specifications
- Operate standard kitchen equipment safely and efficiently
- Clean and maintain station in practicing good safety and sanitation
- Assist with the cleaning and organization of kitchen and equipment
- Restock items as needed throughout the shift
- Adhere to all sanitation and food production codes
Requirements:
- line cook with proven grill experience: 2 years
- Will be required to work weekends & summer holidays
- ServSafe Certified is preferred
- Other food handler certificates are accepted
- A positive attitude and team player mentality
- references and a working interview are required
Benefits:
- Position compensation is $20 to $25 an hour DOE
- Average between 30 to 40 hours a week with the possibility of overtime during busy periods.
