FlexPath Therapy is seeking a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to provide in-home therapy services to senior patients receiving home health care. We are committed to improving quality of life through patient-centered, compassionate therapy.
Responsibilities:
- Perform in-home speech therapy evaluations and treatments
- Develop and implement individualized care plans
- Communicate with care coordinators and home health teams
- Complete documentation in a timely and compliant manner
Qualifications:
- Valid California SLP license
- Home health experience preferred
- Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
- Reliable transportation
