The Opportunity
Lisa Gozlan Jewelry is seeking a detail-oriented, organized, and proactive Fulfillment Associate to join our growing fulfillment team.
This role plays an important part in delivering an exceptional customer experience by ensuring every order is accurately prepared, beautifully packaged, and shipped on time. You'll work closely with inventory, shipping, and customer service to maintain the high standards our clients expect.
This position is based in our Palm Beach, Florida fulfillment office. Candidates must have flexible availability, including occasional evenings, weekends, and peak retail periods as business needs require.
What You'll Do
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Pick, verify, and prepare online orders for shipment
- Print shipping labels and process shipments using shipping platforms
- Carefully package orders to meet Lisa Gozlan brand standards
- Process manual shipments when required
- Monitor and respond to shipping-related inquiries, including address corrections, inventory discrepancies, and shipment updates
- Receive, unpack, and organize incoming inventory, packaging materials, and supplies
- Conduct quality control inspections on incoming merchandise
- Process customer returns, including inspection, restocking, and documentation
- Maintain accurate inventory records and assist with inventory counts
- Help maintain a clean, organized, and efficient fulfillment workspace
- Support additional operational projects as assigned
What We're Looking For
- Previous experience in order fulfillment, shipping, warehouse operations, retail operations, or logistics is considered an asset
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with or willingness to learn platforms such as Shopify, ShipStation, FedEx, or similar shipping systems
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team environment
- Ability to lift and move packages weighing up to 40 lbs
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and perform repetitive tasks throughout scheduled shifts

Hourly Rate: $20.00–$23.00 USD per hour, based on experience and qualifications.
