Real Estate Transaction Coordinator (IN PERSON- Full-Time | Salary)
We are looking to hire a Real Estate Transaction Coordinator/Admin to support our fast-paced real estate business. This is not an entry-level administrative role — we are looking for someone with proven real estate transaction experience who knows the backend of real estate with contracts/MLS/transactions management. Must have at least 1-2 year in real estate experience.
What You’ll Be Responsible For
This role supports transaction management with multiple agents, events, database oversight, lead flow, and team operations.
Transaction Coordination (Contract to Close):
- Prepare contract paperwork and marketing materials
- Prepare agents for listing appointments and buyer consults
- Order inspections, photos, appraisals, and coordinate contractors
- Submit and track contract documents
- Install and remove lockboxes
- Communicate consistently with clients and all parties
- Coordinate closing gifts and post-closing follow-up
- Ensure clients are properly entered and categorized in our systems

Work Location: In person in Yorktown Office who services all of Hampton Roads, VA.
Pay: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
