Responsibilities of an AT&T Team Member
- Meet with residential customers to explain AT&T products and services clearly and professionally
- Guide customers through basic questions and help them understand available options
- Support in-person outreach and daily engagement activities
- Represent AT&T positively while performing all duties expected of an AT&T Team Member
- Receive coaching and support to develop communication, customer interaction, and sales fundamentals
AT&T Team Member Requirements
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills required for any AT&T Team Member
- Comfortable interacting with customers face-to-face in an entry level customer service or sales role
- Positive attitude, reliability, and teamwork essential for this entry level AT&T Team Member position
- No prior experience needed — all AT&T Team Members receive training
- Desire to build foundational skills in customer engagement, communication, and service
