Position Overview
The Office Manager will be responsible for managing the daily operations of our dental practice, ensuring efficiency, profitability, and a positive patient experience. This role requires excellent organizational skills, leadership abilities, and a strong understanding of dental office operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the daily operations of the dental office, including scheduling, patient flow, and administrative tasks.
- Manage and lead office staff, including front desk, hygienists, and assistants, ensuring a collaborative and efficient team environment.
- Monitor and improve patient satisfaction, addressing concerns and ensuring an exceptional experience for all patients.
- Coordinate staff schedules to optimize productivity and ensure adequate coverage.
- Oversee billing, collections, and insurance processing, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in financial operations.
- Implement and monitor office policies and procedures to ensure compliance with OSHA, HIPAA, and other regulatory standards.
- Analyze practice performance metrics and collaborate with leadership to set and achieve financial and operational goals.
- Support the recruitment, onboarding, and training of new staff members.
- Manage office inventory and supply orders to maintain operational readiness.
- Serve as a liaison between patients, staff, and leadership, ensuring clear communication and alignment with practice goals.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration or related field preferred.
- Minimum of 1 years of experience in a dental office management role.
- Strong knowledge of dental procedures and terminology.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
- Proficient in dental software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $60,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
